It is within your nature to overcommit. You have big dreams and you don't want to say no to anyone else's dreams either, but meanwhile you have a family and a job and a social life and -- well, when do you expect all this saving-the-world stuff to get done? Tuesday and Wednesday, reconsider your priorities. It's important to schedule time for sitting in movie theaters and thinking about nothing at all. Thursday and Friday are upside down and bizarre, but the weekend is extremely normal. And relaxing. And full of love.
